B.H. Technologies LTD was established in December 1998. The company owns a unique technology that has led to the development of a line of water disinfection products with substantial business potential.

Several different markets have been identified as having a high demand for water disinfection technology: spas and hot tubs; swimming pools; detached beds in agriculture; waste-water treatment; industrial cooling systems; and drinking water.

B.H. Technologies develops different disinfection systems to meet the specific needs of each market segment. This enables the company to almost tailor make its products according to the specific needs of each of the various applications.

The company has targeted the spa and agricultural detached bed markets for its initial product introduction efforts. Results of disinfection efficacy trials, both for spa and agriculture, established that the company's unique technology provides a perfect disinfection (below detection levels). Prototype products for each market have been developed, and in November 1999 the company submitted patent applications.

Product development for the spa market, started back in 1997 in Israel. In the following year, the first prototype unit was installed on "a live" spa. The initial entry into the spa market was in the United States. B.H. Technologies has established contacts with all major potential customers in the U.S. An aggressive marketing campaign is being directed at the U.S market to support product roll-out. For the detached beds segment in the agricultural market, the company has conducted a series of trials monitored and supervised by the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture. The data and credibility earned from these trials has been extremely useful in negotiating business arrangements for the distribution of its Agro systems.
